DreamBright Properties is a real estate investment company, not a real estate brokerage. When we buy or sell property directly, we are acting on our own behalf rather than representing you as your agent. We do not charge a real estate commission for buying your home. Any other costs or fees depend on the specific transaction and will be explained before you move forward.

Our rent-to-own program gives qualified individuals and families an opportunity to move into a home while working toward purchasing it in the future. During the lease period, participants work toward becoming mortgage-ready by strengthening their financial position and preparing for traditional financing.

Rent-to-own may be a good option for individuals and families who have stable income but need time to improve their credit, build savings, or strengthen their financial profile before pursuing traditional mortgage financing. 

Not necessarily. Credit is one factor we consider when evaluating a rent-to-own application. We also look at overall financial readiness and other program requirements. Every situation is different, so we encourage you to explore your options with us.
